Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the Belotly game, website, and related services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You can register using an email and password, or through third-party authentication providers (Google, Facebook, Apple).

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party tools.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other players.
• Deliberately disconnect or abandon games to manipulate rankings.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or manipulate matchmaking.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

The Services include an ELO-based rating system for competitive play. Rankings are calculated automatically based on game outcomes. We reserve the right to adjust ratings or reset rankings if we detect manipulation, abuse, or system errors.

To ensure games are always available, some players at tables may be computer-controlled. Computer-controlled players participate in games, ratings, and in-game activity in the same way as human players.

Online activity indicators reflect the players currently active in the Services, which may include both human and computer-controlled players.

The Services offer optional paid content, including chip bundles, cosmetic items, and a VIP subscription. Purchases are processed by the app store through which you use the Services (Apple App Store or Google Play); we do not collect or store your payment details.

• Chips, cosmetics, and other virtual items are a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use those features within the Services. They are not your property, have no monetary value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or anything of value outside the Services.
• Virtual items are forfeited when your account is deleted or terminated. We may modify, rebalance, or discontinue virtual items as part of operating and updating the game.
• The VIP subscription renews automatically each month. Payment is charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your app store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and prices may vary by region and platform.
• Gifted chip bundles and VIP time are final once delivered to the recipient's account.
• Refunds are handled by the app store under its policies; please direct refund requests to Apple or Google. Except where required by law or by platform policy, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality (software, text, graphics, logos, and design), are owned by Belotly and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

If you sign in using Google, Facebook, or Apple, your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We receive only the information necessary to create and manage your account (such as your name, email address, and profile picture).

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@belotly.com.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belotly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of data, rankings, or account information.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
