How to request account deletion

1. Email info@belotly.com from the email address linked to your Belotly account.
2. Use the subject line "Delete my Belotly account".
3. Include your Belotly display name if it is different from your email address.

Data we delete

After verifying the request, we delete or de-identify personal data associated with your Belotly account, including:

• Account identifiers, including your Belotly user ID and linked sign-in identifiers
• Email address, display name, profile details, and avatar uploads
• Social data such as friends, blocks, private notes, messages, and notifications
• Wallet, cosmetic, mission, VIP, bundle, gift, and account preference data
• Other personal data associated with your Belotly account

Data we may keep

• Completed game history may be anonymized so historical match records no longer identify you.
• Purchase, billing, security, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained where required or permitted by law.
• Backups and logs may retain limited data for a short period before normal rotation or deletion.

Processing time

We normally process account deletion requests within 30 days. We may contact you if we need additional information to verify the account or complete the request.
